We all know that to stop worrying about what others think about us we should destroy negative thinking patterns but why don’t we do it? It’s because something happens inside our heads and this post shows what it is.

What happens is that the in your mind cynic sets upon us as we become grown-up, more cynical
and world wiser of the world and it’s ways. The in your mind cynic is that part
of your psyche that sticks to keeping things safe and taking no risks,
not choosing chat to the coolest looking guy or girl in the bar or night
club, not having the nerve to ask your employer regarding a raise.

It is for you to choose which you would sooner have either an
in your mind coach or an in your mind critic. Your in your mind coach is hopeful,
constructive and empowers you whilst you in your mind critic is paralyzing,
destructive and subservient. Sensibly we need to ensure we
critique our behavior in a positive manner, but so many
of us finish up by putting ourselves down.

If you want more confidence with women or with men then this is waht you have to do.

One of the greatest ways to exercise the inner mind coach is through
chilling out. Maintaining a confident mind-set while times are hard by
visualizing or thinking about something that relaxes you. Take some
time to imagine a favorite place, say like floating on the sea or laying
in your bed, and you will slip into a calmer bodily state of mind.

If you remain positive you can achieve almost anything you set your
mind to, people have been known to move mountains, the mountains in
their head that have become massive road blocks for them. With this
positive frame of mind you will find confidence from within and you
too will be able to move your own mountains.
